So it was obvious that I needed to put on a lot of muscle for this role… and do it quickly (I didn’t have much time before shooting began).

Now, if you have to put on a lot of muscle quickly (without using steroids)… your only option is to lift heavy weights and eat a TON of food.  And which type of food has the most calories?
